What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with Cyber Threat Intelligence and Detection Engineering teams to identify threats to Datadog — your expertise will ensure that the organization has accurate and high-signal detections for potential threats. You will triage escalated alerts to determine whether a security incident is occurring or may occur imminently, acting as an incident commander or responder as needed.

You will contribute to the development of tools and automations that eliminate repetitive processes, enhancing the efficiency of the Security Incident Response Team. Your role will also involve conducting post-incident reviews and participating in tabletop and purple team exercises to improve overall security practices.

You will participate in a light on-call rotation, ensuring that you are available to respond to incidents as they arise. Your contributions will play a vital role in keeping Datadog safe from cybersecurity threats and maintaining the trust of our customers.
