What you'll do
In this role, you will respond to client requests through various channels, including phone, chat, and tickets, ensuring that you provide timely and effective solutions. You will develop strong relationships with Premier Customers, working closely with them to understand their unique environments and needs. Your role will involve reproducing issues and diving deep into the 600+ integrations that Datadog supports, allowing you to provide informed and accurate assistance. You will also participate in routine health check meetings with customers, helping them optimize their use of the platform.
Additionally, you will be responsible for building out documentation and knowledge base articles, contributing to the overall knowledge sharing within the team. Your insights from client interactions will drive product conversations, ensuring that customer feedback is communicated effectively to the product team. You will be immersed in a collaborative environment where your contributions will directly impact Datadog's success and customer satisfaction.
