Your ability to analyze customer IT operations environments allows you to provide tailored recommendations that maximize product value. You are a trusted advisor who advocates for customer needs and goals, ensuring they achieve success with the products you support.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with product management, engineering, and technical services teams to identify new features and enhancements. Your communication skills enable you to prepare and participate in Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, effectively conveying insights and recommendations to customers. You are passionate about educating clients and helping them adopt best practices for technical product usage.

What you'll do

As a Technical Account Manager at Datadog, you will advise customers on technical support and product adoption throughout the pre-sales, post-sales, and renewal processes. Your role involves analyzing customer environments regularly to provide actionable recommendations that enhance their experience with Datadog's suite of products. You will be the customer's advocate, understanding their unique goals and use cases, and suggesting process changes and configurations to meet their requirements.

You will collaborate with various teams within Datadog, including product management and engineering, to help identify and communicate new features and products that can benefit your customers. Your expertise will contribute to evolving best practices for technical product adoption, ensuring that customers derive maximum value from their investments.
