You have a strong background in technical account management, ideally with experience in the finance or technology sectors. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and support. Desirable
Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech space is a plus, as is familiarity with trading platforms and institutional client needs. What you'll do
As a Senior Technical Account Manager at Robinhood, you will be at the forefront of supporting institutional clients as they integrate with our trading infrastructure. You will own the technical relationships for these clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed. Your role will involve close collaboration with product and engineering teams to address any technical challenges that arise during integration and live trading.
You will be responsible for providing precise and reliable technical support, ensuring that clients can navigate our systems effectively.
