What you'll do

As the Lead Technical Account Manager at Datadog, you will manage a team of Solutions Engineers, guiding them in responding to client requests and troubleshooting issues. You will oversee the onboarding of new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed. Your role will involve triaging Solutions Engineering queues and collaborating with product and engineering teams on urgent matters.

You will review and prioritize escalations from Solutions Engineering, maintaining communication with customers in Japan to ensure their needs are met. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing demo training and assisting in demo certification, ensuring that your team is well-prepared to showcase Datadog's capabilities.

During outages or incidents, you will assist with incident response, communicating effectively with customers and providing internal teams with real-time information. You will play a key role in building out documentation and knowledge base articles, contributing to the continuous improvement of technical resources available to both customers and your team.
