Who you are

You have experience in technical support or customer success roles, ideally within a technology company. You possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, enabling you to build relationships with clients and understand their unique environments. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple client requests effectively.

You are familiar with technical concepts and can reproduce issues across various integrations. Your ability to educate clients on platform usage and provide solutions will be key to your success in this role. You thrive in collaborative settings and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences.

What you'll do

As a Technical Support Engineer 2 at Datadog, you will respond to client requests through phone, chat, and tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. You will develop relationships with Premier Customers, working closely to understand their distinct environments and needs. Your role will involve reproducing issues and diving into the 600+ integrations that Datadog supports, allowing you to provide informed solutions.

You will also contribute to building documentation and knowledge base articles, helping to streamline support processes and enhance client education. Participation in routine health check meetings with Premier Customers will be part of your responsibilities, where you will drive product conversations based on insights gained during client interactions. Your contributions will directly impact Datadog's growth and customer satisfaction.
