What you'll do

As a Technical Solutions Field Enablement Manager at Datadog, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for our technical solutions teams in the APJ region. You will create engaging training content, including e-learning modules, live training sessions, and documentation, to ensure our teams are well-equipped to support our customers. You will collaborate with sales engineers, technical support engineers, and technical account managers to identify knowledge gaps and tailor training solutions accordingly. Your role will involve continuous assessment of training effectiveness and making necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes. You will also play a key role in fostering a positive learning culture within the organization, encouraging feedback and collaboration among team members.
