What you'll do

As a Senior Engagement Manager at Dataiku, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of professional services to clients in the APAC market. You will project-manage the implementation of Dataiku's suite of services, ensuring that clients receive the support they need to maximize their use of the platform. Your role will involve maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams, facilitating collaboration to drive project success.

You will work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and objectives, tailoring service packages to meet their specific needs. Your focus will be on ensuring high rates of product adoption and customer satisfaction, which are critical to achieving high net dollar retention. You will also be responsible for tracking project progress and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations to clients based on their usage of Dataiku's platform.
