You have a strong background in project management, ideally with experience in customer engagement and success. You understand the importance of building relationships with clients and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accountability for milestones and deliverables. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to create comprehensive reports and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success. You are proactive in identifying risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that projects stay on track and meet client expectations. Your ability to quickly establish rapport with customer stakeholders sets you apart, making you a trusted partner in their onboarding journey.

What you'll do

In your first three months, you will drive the onboarding efforts of new and existing customers by understanding their business objectives and collaborating with the project team to provide best practice recommendations. You will develop detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring that the project team is accountable for meeting milestone dates and maintaining work quality. You will also create comprehensive weekly status reports and communication plans for executive sponsors and internal/external project teams.

As you settle into your role, you will execute implementation projects while partnering closely with clients' executive-level project sponsors. This includes leading milestone meetings, both onsite and virtually, and customizing project deliverables to meet specific client needs. Your focus will be on ensuring that each implementation project is executed smoothly and successfully, ultimately leading to high customer satisfaction and engagement.
