What you'll do

As the Senior Health Information Operations Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services. You will mentor hourly staff and supervisors, guiding them in their professional development and helping them to excel in their roles. You will be responsible for managing a P&L of over $3M, making strategic decisions that drive profitability and operational efficiency. Your role will involve overseeing daily operations, ensuring that our service offerings meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with the overall mission of Datavant, which is to connect the healthcare ecosystem with relevant and timely data. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices across the organization.
