Job Description
Who you are
You have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team. Your experience with the Microsoft suite of office tools will help you excel in this role. While previous use of Whatβs On/PBI is an advantage, it is not essential. You are comfortable communicating at all levels within the business, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that event details are updated and accurately reflect the business requirements on the Whatβs On/PBI management tool. You will communicate and arrange event coverage, as well as all necessary meeting information as required. Maintaining and updating internal reporting systems will be a critical part of your responsibilities, ensuring that information is correct at all times. You will also be tasked with escalating any issues that arise during the event planning process, ensuring smooth operations.
