Who you are

As a new PCR Operator at DAZN, you will be the heart and soul of our production control room, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You thrive in challenging environments and are committed to maintaining uninterrupted live operations in line with our service level agreements. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff will be key in this role. You are dedicated to building and maintaining customer satisfaction, both internally and externally, as you support our production gallery.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage daily operations within the production control room, ensuring that all broadcast equipment is available and functioning properly. You will work closely with service provider technical staff to address any issues that arise, maintaining a seamless workflow. Your responsibilities will include monitoring live operations, troubleshooting technical problems, and ensuring compliance with our service level agreements. You will also engage with clients in a service environment, providing them with the necessary support and information.
