What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager, you will lead and manage the engineering team responsible for building DAZN's Apple applications for Smart TVs and mobile devices. You will oversee the development process, ensuring that your team delivers high-quality features while maintaining application performance and stability. Your role will involve hands-on technical leadership, where you will contribute to the codebase and guide your team through complex technical challenges.

You will be responsible for setting clear goals and expectations for your team, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback to help your team members grow in their roles. You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to align engineering efforts with business objectives, ensuring that the applications meet user needs and expectations.
