DAZN is hiring an End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to support users with their desktop and IT needs. You'll work in a collaborative environment in Hyderabad, India, contributing to a tech-first sports streaming platform.
Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in providing IT support and are capable of working independently as well as part of a global team. You understand the importance of delivering excellent customer service and have a knack for troubleshooting technical issues effectively. Your ability to communicate clearly with users and collaborate with other technology teams is essential in this role. You are adaptable and can handle varying shifts, including potential 24 x 7 support in the future.
What you'll do
As an EUC Engineer at DAZN, you will be the point of reference for various IT needs, supporting users both onsite and remotely. You will collaborate with other technology teams responsible for Enterprise Systems and Infrastructure, ensuring smooth integration and operation of IT services.
