Who you are
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the complete management of payroll activities within the company. You ensure accuracy and compliance with Italian legislation while maintaining efficient processes. Your role will also involve verifying processes to optimize procedures and ensure adherence to internal standards and regulations.
You have a strong understanding of payroll systems and the intricacies of payroll processing. Your attention to detail ensures that all payroll activities are executed flawlessly, and you are proactive in identifying areas for improvement. You are comfortable working in a bilingual environment, as parts of the recruitment process will be conducted in English.
What you'll do
In this role, you will handle the entire payroll process, from data entry to the final payroll run. You will collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure that all payroll-related queries are addressed promptly.
