What you'll do

In this role, you will support the end-to-end processing of bi-weekly and weekly off-cycle payroll for U.S. employees across multiple states. You will assist in validating payroll data, including new hires, terminations, pay rate changes, bonuses, and leaves of absence. You will work closely with the HR and Benefits teams to ensure accurate payroll inputs and respond to employee inquiries through a ticket system. Additionally, you will assist in preparing payroll reports and supporting internal audits, maintaining up-to-date payroll documentation to meet audit and legal standards. You will also participate in system enhancements and contribute to payroll-related process improvements.
