Overview

Dealerware is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market strategy and product positioning in the automotive industry. You'll collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive adoption and revenue. This role requires 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS and automotive.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a seasoned Product Marketing Manager with over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry — you've successfully led product launches from inception to market, demonstrating a deep understanding of the operational realities of automotive retail and mobility programs. Your expertise in B2B SaaS marketing allows you to craft compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with dealership and OEM stakeholders.

You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer needs enables you to develop scalable packaging and high-impact sales enablement tools that drive adoption and revenue growth.

Your strong communication skills allow you to articulate complex concepts clearly, making it easy for sales teams to understand and convey the value of your products. You are passionate about creating a people-first culture and are committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within your team and the broader organization.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with the latest trends in automotive technology and mobility solutions. You are comfortable working with data analytics tools to measure the success of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the go-to-market strategy for Dealerware's growing product portfolio — this includes defining product positioning, messaging, and packaging that effectively communicates the value of your solutions to customers. You will partner closely with the Product team to launch new products and features, ensuring that all marketing materials are aligned with the product vision and customer needs.

You will equip sales and business development teams with the tools and resources they need to succeed in complex dealership environments. This includes creating sales enablement materials, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure that the teams are well-prepared to engage with customers.

Your deep understanding of the automotive market will inform your approach to messaging and positioning, allowing you to craft narratives that resonate with target audiences. You will also analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously refine your strategies and ensure that Dealerware remains competitive in the evolving mobility landscape.
