Your experience in a high-growth startup environment has equipped you with the skills to adapt quickly and effectively to changing needs. You hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math, which provides you with a solid foundation for understanding complex systems and technologies.
You are a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders allows you to bridge gaps and ensure that customer needs are met. You are driven by a desire to help customers succeed and are always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
What you'll do
As an Agent Success Manager at Decagon, you will partner closely with customers to guide them through the deployment of our conversational AI platform. Your role will involve supporting customer adoption and ensuring they have the necessary tools and insights to maximize their use of our technology. You will work alongside a talented team to build best practices and share customer insights that will inform product strategy.
You will be responsible for defining how we deliver value to enterprise customers, continuously evolving our approach as the company scales. Your insights will help shape the customer experience and drive satisfaction. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation within our product offerings.
