You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are eager to leverage insights to enhance product strategy. You are adaptable and can quickly learn new technologies, ensuring that you can effectively support customers in deploying AI solutions.

What you'll do

As an Agent Success Manager at Decagon, you will partner closely with customers to guide them through the deployment of our conversational AI platform. Your role will involve supporting customer adoption and ensuring they have the necessary tools and insights to maximize the value they gain from our product. You will work alongside a collaborative team to define best practices and continuously evolve our approach as the company scales. Your insights will play a crucial role in shaping product strategy, as you will bring customer feedback and experiences to the forefront of our development efforts. You will also be responsible for monitoring customer success metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement, ensuring that our clients achieve their desired outcomes with our technology. Your contributions will directly impact how we deliver value to enterprise customers and help redefine customer experiences across various channels.
