What you'll do

In this role, you will build the operational infrastructure that keeps product teams running efficiently. You'll design and implement dashboards that track key metrics across product lines, ensuring that teams have the insights they need to make informed decisions. Your work will involve creating OKR frameworks that align teams and processes that turn insights into tangible improvements. You will be the analytical backbone of the product organization, helping product managers make better decisions faster.

You will also be responsible for designing SQL queries and data pipelines that answer critical questions about feature usage and customer retention. Your insights will help the team understand where customers churn and which features drive retention. You will collaborate closely with product managers and other stakeholders to ensure that the operational infrastructure supports the overall goals of the organization. Your contributions will be vital as Salient expands into new financial services segments, and you will play a key role in shaping the future of financial operations through AI.
