Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in building products that enhance user understanding and improve workflows. Your background includes working with large language models (LLMs) or agent-driven systems, and you have a strong grasp of experimentation and observability products. You thrive in collaborative environments and are driven by a commitment to excellence and velocity.
You possess deep expertise in programming languages such as Java and Python, and you are familiar with machine learning concepts and data analysis techniques. Your experience includes developing tools that analyze customer interactions and provide actionable insights, which is crucial for enhancing agent quality and customer experience.
What you'll do
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Insights team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative tools that help companies understand the conversations their AI agents have with customers. You will create intuitive visualizations and workflows that allow users to quickly act on information, thereby improving overall agent performance. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product managers and designers to ensure that the tools you build meet user needs effectively.
You will also focus on analyzing customer intents and identifying gaps in agent behavior, which will guide teams toward writing better agent operating procedures (AOPs). Your contributions will significantly shape how customers learn from their data, and you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that redefine customer experience at scale.
