Your strong interpersonal and teamwork skills enable you to effectively collaborate with engineering stakeholders and drive successful integrations of AI solutions. You possess a functional understanding of go-to-market systems and workflows, which allows you to navigate complex customer ecosystems with ease. If you have 2+ years of AI sales engineering experience, that's even better, as it will enhance your ability to contribute to Decagon's mission of redefining customer experiences.

What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Decagon, you will play a foundational role in shaping the future of AI-powered solutions for enterprise clients. You will serve as a trusted consultant, working closely with prospects to understand their needs and demonstrate how Decagon's technology can deliver concierge customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include driving value-based solutioning, integrating Decagon's AI-native platform into complex customer ecosystems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments. You will also be involved in product strategy discussions, providing insights based on your interactions with customers and their feedback.
