You are passionate about supporting enterprise customers and have experience working in a customer-facing technical capacity. Your strong problem-solving skills enable you to identify customer pain points and translate them into actionable solutions that align with engineering and product development.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the technical lead in pre-sales conversations, partnering with account executives to scope, solution, and articulate the value of LanceDB for customer-specific workflows. You will lead technical discovery sessions, engaging with prospects across various verticals, including AI infrastructure and LLM operations. Your expertise will guide architecture design sessions, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet the unique needs of each customer.

You will build and deliver custom demos and proof-of-concepts that effectively showcase how LanceDB solves complex challenges in RAG, vector search, and feature engineering. Your role will involve acting as a bridge between customer pain points and our engineering and product teams, ensuring that feedback is communicated effectively and solutions are aligned with customer expectations.

Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions you design are not only technically sound but also meet the business objectives of our clients. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with strategic accounts, ensuring that they receive the support and guidance needed to successfully implement LanceDB in their environments.
