You have a proven track record in compliance management, particularly in payroll and HR operations. Your experience spans multiple countries, and you understand the complexities of payroll regulations across different jurisdictions. You are a strong leader who can guide a team through compliance challenges while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate compliance requirements clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders. What you'll do
