You have a strong background in client success and enablement, ideally with experience in the SaaS industry. You understand the importance of building relationships and driving customer satisfaction, and you are passionate about helping clients achieve their goals. You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service. You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance the client experience.

Desirable

Experience in payroll or HR technology is a plus, as is familiarity with global compliance and regulations. You have a knack for using data to inform decisions and drive strategy, and you are comfortable working with various tools and platforms to support client success initiatives.

What you'll do
