You have a proven track record in client success or customer service management, ideally within a technology or marketing context. Your experience includes leading teams and fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. You are highly data-driven and understand how to leverage analytics to improve customer outcomes and drive revenue growth.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders alike. Your adaptability and creative problem-solving abilities enable you to navigate challenges effectively and find innovative solutions that benefit both the client and the company.

You are passionate about delivering world-class customer experiences and have a growth mindset that drives you to continuously improve processes and practices. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you thrive in environments where you can mentor and develop your team members.

Desirable

Experience in programmatic advertising or marketing technology is a plus. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data analytics platforms will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.

What you'll do

As the Manager of Client Success, you will lead a team of Client Success Managers, guiding them in providing exceptional service to our clients. You will oversee the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring that clients receive the support they need to achieve their business objectives and maximize their investment in the StackAdapt platform.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing industry-leading support practices that drive efficiencies and improve business performance. Your role will involve analyzing client data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, allowing you to proactively address client needs and enhance their experience.

You will collaborate closely with the Vice President of Client Services to develop strategies that foster long-lasting client relationships and drive revenue growth. Your ability to adapt to changing circumstances and think creatively will be essential as you work to design the next generation of service at StackAdapt.
