What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the implementation of HR solutions that support Deel's vision of unlocking global opportunities. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that the HRIS, payroll, compliance, and benefits systems are effectively integrated and optimized. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end implementation process, from planning and design to execution and evaluation. You will also be responsible for training and supporting team members on the new systems and processes. Additionally, you will analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance employee experience and engagement.
