You have a strong background in product management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a SaaS environment. You understand the complexities of global payroll and HR systems, and you are passionate about creating solutions that unlock opportunities for businesses and their employees. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure product alignment with business goals. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced environments where you can lead initiatives from conception to execution.

What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Deel, you will own the product roadmap for our payroll and HR platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our diverse user base. You will conduct user research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions, and you will define success metrics to track product performance. Collaborating with engineering and design teams, you will lead the development of new features and enhancements that improve user acquisition and retention.
