What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the product roadmap and overall portfolio for ControlUp's platform. You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that product features align with customer needs and business objectives. You will lead user research initiatives to gather insights that inform product decisions and prioritize features based on user feedback and market trends.

You will also define success metrics for product initiatives, ensuring that the team tracks progress and learns from outcomes. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders to align on product vision and strategy, facilitating discussions that drive consensus and clarity. You will be instrumental in managing the product lifecycle, from ideation through to launch and beyond, ensuring that the product evolves in response to user needs and market changes.
