What you'll do

As the Model Evaluation QA Lead at Deepgram, you will oversee the quality assurance processes for our voice AI models. You will develop and implement testing protocols to evaluate the performance of speech-to-text and text-to-speech systems. Your role will involve collaborating with data scientists and engineers to ensure that models are rigorously tested and validated before deployment.

You will lead a team of QA engineers, providing mentorship and guidance to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
