Who you are
You have a strong background in pre-sales engineering, particularly in AI and voice technologies, with a proven track record of engaging with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how solutions can meet those needs. Your experience includes working with APIs, specifically in the context of speech-to-text and text-to-speech technologies, allowing you to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have a proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies. Your ability to integrate AI into workflows is essential, as you will be expected to leverage advanced AI tools to enhance client interactions and solution demonstrations. You thrive on collaboration and enjoy working closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure customer success.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients across the APAC region, understanding their requirements, and demonstrating how Deepgram's voice AI solutions can address their challenges. You will conduct product demonstrations, provide technical support during the sales process, and assist in the development of tailored solutions that meet client needs. Your role will also involve collaborating with the engineering team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
You will play a key role in building relationships with clients, ensuring they are informed about the latest advancements in Deepgram's technology, and helping them navigate the integration of our APIs into their existing systems. Your expertise in voice technologies will be crucial in guiding clients through the implementation process, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes.
