Dotmatics is hiring a Pre-sales Solutions Engineer in a remote capacity to support scientific innovation through their comprehensive digital science platform. You'll engage with customers and help them leverage Dotmatics' software applications for scientific research.

You have a strong background in scientific research and a passion for leveraging technology to drive innovation. Your experience in pre-sales or technical sales roles has equipped you with the skills to communicate complex scientific concepts effectively to diverse audiences. You thrive in collaborative environments and are dedicated to supporting customers in achieving their research goals.

You possess excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Your ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions is a key strength. You are adaptable and eager to learn about new technologies and scientific advancements that can enhance the customer experience.

What you'll do

As a Pre-sales Solutions Engineer at Dotmatics, you will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and demonstrate how our software solutions can meet their needs. You will conduct product demonstrations, provide technical support during the sales process, and assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations. Your role will involve collaborating with product development teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into future product enhancements.
