You have a strong technical background and a passion for customer success — you understand the importance of providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Customer Success Managers to address technical inquiries and challenges. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner sets you apart, allowing you to effectively assist customers in navigating Delinea's Identity Security Platform.

You are detail-oriented and proactive in identifying potential issues before they escalate — your analytical skills enable you to troubleshoot effectively and provide timely solutions. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on customer needs. Your experience in technical support or a related field has equipped you with the skills necessary to excel in this role.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Engineer at Delinea, you will be the go-to technical resource for Customer Success Managers, providing them with the support they need to ensure customer satisfaction. You will assist in onboarding new customers, helping them understand the features and capabilities of the Identity Security Platform. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, guiding customers through complex scenarios, and ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements. Your insights will help shape the future of Delinea's offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of customers. You will also participate in training sessions and workshops, sharing your knowledge and expertise with both customers and internal teams.
