What you'll do
As a Customer Success Engineer at Delinea, you will serve as the technical backbone for Customer Success Managers, providing on-demand technical support and guidance to ensure successful customer implementations. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, helping them leverage Delinea's Identity Security Platform to its fullest potential. You will assist in onboarding new customers, providing training and resources to ensure they are equipped to use the platform effectively. You will also monitor customer usage and engagement, identifying opportunities for improvement and proactively addressing any concerns. Your role will involve collaborating with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements. You will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and retention, ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes with Delinea's solutions.
