You have at least 3 years of experience in account management or sales, demonstrating strong P&L knowledge and negotiation skills. You excel at building lasting relationships and have a keen understanding of how to leverage data-driven insights to support restaurant partners effectively. Your ability to analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement sets you apart in the field.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver the best consultancy service to top restaurant brands. Your passion for the restaurant industry and commitment to partner success drives your approach to account management. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of the Italian market with ease.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at Deliveroo, you will manage a portfolio of restaurant brands, focusing on building strong relationships and ensuring partner satisfaction. You will monitor and analyze performance metrics, sharing insights with partners to identify areas for improvement. Your role will involve negotiating contract terms to align with company goals and enhance the quality of supply.
