You have at least 3 years of experience in account management or sales, demonstrating strong P&L knowledge and negotiation skills. You excel at building lasting relationships and have a keen understanding of how to leverage data-driven insights to support restaurant partners effectively.

You are a team player who thrives in collaborative environments, working closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver the best consultancy services to top brands. Your ability to analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement sets you apart in your role.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at Deliveroo, you will manage a portfolio of restaurant brands, focusing on building strong relationships within the network. You will monitor and analyze performance, sharing insights with partners to enhance their satisfaction and drive growth.

You will negotiate contract terms and conditions to align with company goals, ensuring that the mix of partners contributes positively to supply quality and financial performance. Your strategic planning will impact both absolute metrics and relative measures such as market share, allowing you to control the perimeter P&L effectively.
