Hatch is hiring an Account Manager to own relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients, ensuring their success with Hatch’s AI platform. You'll partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive adoption and account growth.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in managing mid-market and enterprise clients. You thrive in environments where you can take ownership of client relationships and drive measurable success. Your proactive approach allows you to identify growth opportunities and influence upsell and cross-sell strategies effectively.
You are skilled in data-backed storytelling, using platform data to build compelling narratives that support strategic recommendations. You understand the importance of monitoring account health and are adept at creating structured playbooks to mitigate churn and maximize retention. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams is a key strength.
What you'll do
As the primary point of contact for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts, you will lead clients through every stage of their journey with Hatch—from onboarding to adoption, optimization, renewal, and expansion. You will own and execute Quarterly Business Reviews and executive check-ins to reinforce ROI and uncover growth opportunities. Your role will involve guiding customers through trial-to-paid conversion processes, ensuring a smooth transition that drives early revenue impact.
You will actively monitor account health, risks, and goals, building structured playbooks to mitigate churn and maximize retention. By partnering closely with Sales and Growth teams, you will identify and influence upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company. Your hands-on approach to customer strategy will be crucial in driving adoption and retention of Hatch’s AI platform.
