You have experience in customer service, particularly in handling escalations and complex issues — your ability to communicate effectively in both English and French allows you to connect with a diverse customer base. What you'll do

As a Senior Customer Care Agent, you will act as an escalation point for critical customer issues, ensuring that they are resolved quickly and effectively. You will manage high-priority complaints, working closely with the Global Escalations team to implement solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. Your role will involve analyzing customer feedback and identifying trends to improve service delivery.

You will also participate in training and mentoring junior agents, sharing your expertise to help them develop their skills and confidence in handling customer inquiries. Your contributions will play a vital role in maintaining Deliveroo's reputation for outstanding customer service, as you strive to uphold the company's guiding principles of fixing issues fast, keeping processes simple, and aiming for excellence in every interaction.
