While specific experience is not required, a willingness to learn and adapt is essential. You understand the importance of maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that operations run smoothly for both staff and customers.
You are reliable and can work flexible hours, including early mornings and late nights, as the site operates between 7am and 4.30am. You are comfortable taking direction from the Site Manager and collaborating with your colleagues to achieve common goals. Your positive attitude and commitment to teamwork will help drive the success of the site.
What you'll do
As a Site Associate, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the cleanliness of the site, which is crucial for maintaining high standards of service. You will support the wider operations team to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled quickly and efficiently. This role involves a variety of tasks, including cleaning, organizing, and assisting with the daily operations of the kitchen. You will report directly to the Site Manager and work closely with the management team to uphold the standards of Deliveroo Editions.
You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for both staff and customers, contributing to the overall success of the site. Your efforts will help ensure that our restaurant partners can deliver their delicious food to customers in a timely manner. You will also have the opportunity to learn about the operations of a delivery-only kitchen and gain valuable experience in the food service industry.
What we offer
Deliveroo offers a competitive hourly wage of £13.83, with a 20% uplift for hours worked after 10pm. This position is part-time, with a contract of 15 hours per week. You will be part of a dynamic team that values hard work, creativity, and collaboration.
