Who you are
You have a proven track record in account management and business development, ideally within the food delivery or restaurant industry. Your experience includes managing high-value partnerships and driving sales growth through strategic initiatives. You possess strong leadership skills, enabling you to effectively manage a team of Commercial Managers and ensure they deliver exceptional results for our partners.
You are data-driven and understand the importance of leveraging marketing tools to boost sales and profitability. Your ability to analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to minimize churn is key to your success in this role. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating complex multi-site deals.
What you'll do
As a Client Partner at Deliveroo, you will be responsible for leading the UK Editions business, focusing on three key areas: commercial management, business development, and strategic planning. You will oversee a growing portfolio of high-value partners, ensuring they receive expert guidance and support to maximize their success within our network of delivery-only kitchens.
You will lead the sales function, managing the entire process from building the sales pipeline to coaching your team on effective sales pitches. Your goal is to expand our market presence by securing partnerships with market-defining brands and maintaining high occupancy rates across our kitchens. You will also define and deliver the UK Editions commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
