What you'll do
As the Launch Manager, you will be the business owner of growth KPIs for your cities, working closely with your sales team to drive improvements across all segments. You will identify opportunities for growth and execute marketing activities that resonate with local consumers. Your role will involve regular collaboration with global departments such as Product and Technology to ensure alignment on goals and strategies. You will spend a significant amount of time in your cities, engaging with local teams and stakeholders to foster relationships and drive results.
You will lead a team of 9, providing guidance and support as they work towards ambitious targets. Your ability to motivate and inspire your team will be crucial in achieving success. You will also be responsible for reporting on performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement. Your insights will help shape the direction of the Regional Team and contribute to Deliveroo's overall growth in the UK&I market.
