Overview

Deliveroo is seeking a Marketing Partnership Operations Specialist to support the execution of integrated marketing partnership campaigns. You'll collaborate with global teams and manage relationships with partners to drive brand growth across the UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar.

You have experience in marketing operations, ideally within a fast-paced environment where you have successfully managed partnerships and campaigns. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and have a knack for analyzing performance metrics to inform marketing strategies. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal and commercial, ensures that partnership initiatives are executed smoothly and effectively. You are customer-centric, always looking for ways to enhance the brand experience and drive engagement. You thrive in a role that requires both creativity and analytical thinking, allowing you to implement innovative marketing strategies based on industry insights and user behavior.

Desirable

Experience in the food delivery or e-commerce sector would be a plus, as would familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms. You are comfortable working with various stakeholders and can maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring that their objectives align with Deliveroo's marketing goals. A background in project management or campaign execution will help you excel in this role, as you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and management of marketing partnerships.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the Head of Marketing Partnerships in rolling out Deliveroo’s marketing partnerships strategy. You will be responsible for the planning, management, and execution of integrated marketing partnership campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Collaborating closely with global teams and local marketing peers, you will implement campaigns that resonate with our target audience and align with partners’ objectives. Your role will involve maintaining day-to-day relationships with partners, ensuring that communication is clear and effective. You will analyze campaign performance and provide insights to refine future marketing strategies, driving continuous improvement in our marketing efforts.
