You have a strong background in business operations, with experience in driving operational excellence and strategic planning. You understand how to translate business priorities into clear plans and streamlined workflows, enabling teams to make better decisions quickly. Your collaborative nature allows you to partner effectively with key stakeholders, ensuring that objectives and key results (OKRs) are developed, adopted, and reported accurately.

You possess excellent communication skills, which you leverage to drive team communications, including newsletters and presentations for leadership. You are adept at diagnosing issues and celebrating successes, recognizing that diversity builds stronger teams. You approach challenges with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence within the Marketing Partnerships team at Netflix. You will define and manage the team's rhythm of business, ensuring that workflows are efficient and effective. Your role will involve partnering with key stakeholders to develop and report on OKRs, helping the team stay aligned with business priorities.

You will also take charge of team communications, creating engaging newsletters and presentations for internal executives and all-hands meetings. Your ability to analyze performance metrics will be crucial in providing actionable insights that inform decision-making at all levels of the organization. You will work closely with leadership to create an operating rhythm that enhances team performance and drives revenue at scale.
