Deliveroo is seeking a Manager of B2B Marketing Operations to oversee the execution of their B2B Partner communication strategy. What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the execution of Deliverooβs B2B Partner communication strategy. You will oversee the B2B marketing calendar, working closely with relevant internal teams to plan, schedule, QA, and deliver a variety of communications across multiple channels. Your focus will be on optimizing campaign planning and execution to balance the needs of strategy, business goals, and frequency. You will surface and resolve trade-off decisions to ensure smooth campaign execution and maximum business impact.
You will also integrate and oversee the execution of internal communications that are sent to Deliveroo frontline teams, aligning them with those sent externally to partners. Your contributions will be vital in defining and embedding a wider approach to commercial enablement, supporting the development of a market-leading proposition for all of Deliveroo's restaurant and retail partners.
