Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the healthcare or technology sectors — you've successfully executed marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement across various channels. Your expertise in data analysis allows you to make informed decisions that enhance marketing effectiveness and optimize campaigns.
You possess strong communication skills and can craft clear, compelling messaging that resonates with diverse audiences — your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product Marketing, ensures that marketing initiatives align with business objectives. You are comfortable using analytics tools to track performance and derive actionable insights.
What you'll do
As the B2B Growth Marketing Manager at SonderMind, you will own the execution and optimization of full-funnel marketing programs aimed at health systems, payors, and enterprise partners. You will develop and implement thoughtful campaigns that support pipeline growth and referral activation, ensuring that SonderMind's value proposition is effectively communicated to potential partners.
You will work closely with the B2B Growth Marketing Lead to strategize and execute marketing initiatives that drive engagement and conversion — this includes running campaigns, developing enablement materials, and improving referral processes. Your role will involve analyzing campaign performance and iterating on strategies to maximize impact.
