Your attention to detail ensures that the office runs smoothly, and you take pride in maintaining a clean and secure environment. You are comfortable managing budgets and have experience with procurement processes, ensuring that all office supplies are well-stocked and readily available. You understand the importance of communication and collaboration, working closely with the management team to support their needs and enhance the overall office experience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop an engaging events calendar that includes team celebrations, sports competitions, and other activities that foster a positive workplace culture. You will be responsible for filing and managing agreements with third-party suppliers, ensuring that services such as cleaning and maintenance are delivered seamlessly. Assisting the management team with calendar management will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will working with the Procurement Hub to process regional Purchase Orders and invoices. You will monitor stock levels for office supplies, drinks, and snacks, ensuring that everything is available for the team. Additionally, you will manage petty cash and prepare end-of-month summaries, while also overseeing the facilities budget. Regular office checks will be part of your routine to ensure that the workplace is clean, secure, and well-maintained, and you will follow up on any issues that arise. You will maintain an asset register of all office furniture and assist the facilities team with onboarding kit preparations and access card issuance.
