Who you are
You have a solid analytical foundation and experience in managing communications campaigns, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all messaging. Your attention to detail and structured approach allow you to execute campaigns flawlessly, while your proactive communication skills help you escalate risks early and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Fluency in English, French, and Dutch is essential, as you will be drafting and coordinating communications for a diverse audience of Deliveroo riders in Belgium. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable balancing execution with analytical thinking, making data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
Desirable
Experience with CRM tools, particularly Braze, is a plus, as is familiarity with data analysis platforms like Looker. You understand the importance of audience segmentation and have a knack for identifying trends and improvement opportunities based on campaign metrics.
What you'll do
As an Operations Communication & Content Analyst, you will be responsible for executing all rider communications campaigns for Belgium, ensuring high accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will coordinate closely with Central Communications, CRM, Legal, and Operations teams to manage campaign execution and support initiatives related to rider engagement and lifecycle performance.
Your role will involve setting up and validating audience segmentation, following all mandatory approval and documentation processes. You will own the end-to-end campaign execution in CRM tools, including setup, testing, launch, and post-send checks. Analyzing campaign performance and rider engagement metrics will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
You will also support analysis related to rider lifecycle aspects such as activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation, ensuring that all communications are timely and continuously improved based on insights. Your analytical skills will be crucial in assessing campaign performance and supporting decision-making with data.
