What you'll do
As the Content Operations Manager, you will lead a team of 4-6 Content Operations Associates, guiding them in executing and optimizing content partnerships on the TuneIn platform. You will oversee the management of TuneIn's extensive audio catalog, ensuring that it meets the needs of both subscription services and ad-supported listening options. Your role will involve analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the user experience. You will collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing and product development, to align content strategies with overall business goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and mentoring your team, fostering their professional growth and ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed. You will also play a key role in developing processes that streamline content operations, making them more efficient and effective.
