Deliveroo is hiring a Programme Manager for Commercial Enablement to manage the coordination of new initiatives with Commercial teams. You'll work closely with the Head of Enablement and utilize skills in project management and communication. This role is based in London.

Who you are
You have a strong background in project management, with experience in coordinating complex initiatives across teams. Your excellent communication skills enable you to effectively convey important information and align stakeholders on key objectives. You understand the importance of embedding strategies within teams to ensure successful execution of commercial initiatives.
You are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that timelines are met and that all stakeholders are informed and engaged. Your ability to capture and integrate the Voice of the Customer into processes is a key strength, allowing you to drive impactful changes in product features and services.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the 'air traffic control' process for new initiatives within the Commercial teams, ensuring a coordinated approach to all readiness initiatives. You will work closely with the Head of Enablement to embed Deliveroo's go-to-market strategy across the organization, fostering a company-wide understanding of how to communicate and implement important information.
You will oversee the governance and management of internal communication channels, including the Enablement platform, Seismic. Your responsibilities will include creating transparency around the go-to-market calendar and managing the Commercial readiness roadmap, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurately reflects upcoming initiatives.
You will also be responsible for managing the overview of current and future go-to-market launches, providing stakeholders with access to the latest information and timelines. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that the Commercial teams are prepared and aligned for successful launches.
