What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end talent acquisition process for Product, Design, and Analytics across multiple international regions. You will lead and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and sourcers globally, ensuring that they are equipped to attract top talent. You will partner closely with senior business, finance, and People leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals.

You will design and embed scalable, inclusive, and effective hiring practices that drive clarity and consistency across complex hiring environments. Your strategic ownership will have a significant impact on workforce planning and business priorities, as you define and deliver hiring strategies that support growth.
